What You're Agreeing To

By using this site — whether you're scrolling, downloading, purchasing, or just lurking — you're agreeing to these Terms. Don’t worry, we keep it respectful around here. If you don’t agree with the terms below, we kindly suggest you close that tab and take your vibes elsewhere.

Licensing & Usage

All images, videos, and digital assets sold or offered through The Brand Shot are licensed, not sold, to you.

Here’s what you CAN do:

• Use them for your website, social media, branding, or client work.

• Modify or overlay text/graphics.

• Use them for commercial or personal projects (yay!).

Here’s what you CAN’T do:

• Resell, repackage, redistribute, or offer our images as freebies.

• Claim the images as your own work.

• Use the images in illegal, offensive, or hate-based content.

• Use the images in NFT projects, AI training models, or mass automated platforms. Ever.

Need an extended license for something big or weird? Contact us.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you’ve downloaded a file, it’s yours. No backsies.

If something breaks, looks off, or makes no sense, shoot us a message. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site (images, words, ideas, branding — the whole vibe) belongs to The Brand Shot or its collaborators. Don’t steal it. Don’t remix it without asking. We love creative freedom, but we also love protecting our work.

Your Account

You might need an account to access certain products or features (like our Free Edit or paid memberships). Keep your login info safe and don’t share it — that’s just asking for chaos.

We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect misuse, shady behavior, or suspicious activity. This is rare. Don’t make us do it.

We’re not liable for how you use our images, how your audience reacts to them, or if your aesthetic suddenly levels up and intimidates your peers. Use responsibly and creatively — but we’re not liable for anything that happens after the download.
